Metro Sexuality: The Third Encounter

Well it finally happened! I had my third encounter with my Metro man! I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am right now. It all started the way it has happened in the past, I was running late for work and was waiting on the platform for the train when I saw him. He saw me there was an exchange of smiles and then he walked past. There was a glass commuter shelter between us and before I could register what happened, he walked around the shelter, squeezed through the crowd and stood RIGHT NEXT TO ME!! I almost died on the spot. My heart was racinga nd my palms started sweating.

smiled at each other again and then tried to find a way to break the awkwardness. I looked aorund and then turned to him and at the same time we both said, "It's really crowded this morning." We laughed and both of us blushed teh deepest shade of crimson. Christ i feel like a stupid school girl writing this but I don't care, I'm too happy to care right now.

After that there was more awkward talk (I babble when nervous) and then right as I was about to introduce myself he turns and says, "I'm Paul by the way." I told him my name and we shook hands, then the conversation segwayed into what we dpo for a living. I told him i was a graphic designer and he told me he was an in-house lawyer, which is ironic because the company I work for provides legal resources to in-house lawyers. he said he'd heard of us but wasn't a member yet.

We boarded the train and were almost immediately pressed against each other because it was very packed, I think Metro was having delays again, which was a little embarrassing but not unwelcomed. the sexual tension was palpable. But before we could continue much further in our conversation this man interupted. he overheard me say that I was a graphic designer and was like, 'Are you a freelancer?!" To which I replied, "yes" and he immediately started firing qiuestiions at me.

Turns out his company needs some GD work done and they need to find a designer. And of course I seemed to fit the preliminary bill. Unfortunately I don't have any bussiness cards yet so I couldn't give him one but I gave him my contact info. There was some more conversation, which was fine but I was miore interested in chatting with Paul. Finially the other guyn got off the traina nd I was left alone with Paul again.

There was more general talk. The train kept getting more and more crowded and we kept getting closer and closer together. Our conversation became more awkward and I litterally wrang my express paper into a roll with my hands because I was so nervous. In between the idle chatter there were these long silences and the conversation going on between our eyes said more than any of the words coming out of our mouths. It got to the point where you could tell taht we each wanted to lean in for a kiss, but of course we had to refrain.

Before I got off I fumbled around and gave him my work bussiness card. I wanted to give him my personal numnber but didn't want to be too obvious. Unfortunately I didn't get his card. We shook hands and said how much of a pleasure it was meeting each other. God he is absolutely adorable! And those deep brown eyes!! I could have just spent the entire ride staring into them, the intensity was so great at times I had to tear my gaze away. I haven't felt passion like this in a very long time.

I really hope he gives me a call or sends an e-mail or something. He seems just as eager and excited as I am, I just hope the act of making contact won't prove too much. It can be very nerve rackling making that move and some people get so nervous they don't follow through. I certainly hope it doesn't take me bumping into him a third time for me to finally score a date.

A potential new client and a potential date. Wow, what a morning! Maybe that love fortune cookie was right. Smiley face
